the price is almost right embeds an ai inside an nft, as far as i know the first time that was done. i trained it on millions of nfts and their prices so it could predict the value of any artwork.

then i stopped the training early. the result is an ai that is almost capable of predicting an artwork's price.

the model lives inside the nft itself. anyone can draw on the nft and receive its (almost) exact value.

the title is a reference to the tv show, and the piece is a critique of the art market: a model trained (in)correctly on nft floor prices, embedded in the nft, where the collector becomes the artist and every stroke is judged by the ai.

hundreds of collectors bought it and drew on it.

technically: a tensorflow network whose weights are converted back into base64 and embedded directly inside the nft. possibly the first ai embedded in an nft.
